The ROAR (Realizing the Rights of Older People through Inclusive Social Protection Systems, Accountability, and Resilience Strengthening) program is designed to promote the rights and well-being of older people by advocating for inclusive social protection systems, enhancing accountability, and strengthening resilience. The initiative seeks to ensure that older individuals, particularly those in vulnerable communities, have access to essential services, financial security, and protection against social and economic risks.
